THERAPUETIC APPROACH
Our services are based on three main approaches of focus: agricultural, living, and alternative.

1. AGRICULTURAL
“Dirt Therapy” is the keystone of our program. Working with the earth is incredibly grounding and restorative. Farming in a peer-to-peer environment fills many of the voids that are missing for the veteran such as structure and regimen, physically and mentally challenging yourself, being part of something important, renewed mission and purpose, and of course, camaraderie.
2. LIVING
We promote healthy healing and lifestyles through physical activity and nutritious food. Through our extensive network of partners, we offer horseback riding, hiking, camping, paddling, biking, hunting, fishing, climbing, repelling, diving, or off-roading. Dinners, barbecues, and fire pit nights on the farm are a regular occurrence and provide a farm-to-table experience that really allows the fruits of our labor to come to life. We feel it is important to have therapy conducted during real life situations such as work, play, and rest.*

3. ALTERNATIVE
We offer access to holistic health and alternative medicine coaches and training for any veteran seeking to reset their bodies from any physical and mental traumas suffered during or after service. We strive to create a healthy body, sound mind, and peaceful spirit through physical fitness, hard work, and a whole food-based organic diet.
